Feared Sweden

Sweden. Even being in his mere presence is terrifying enough. That stoic face, blank eyes, great height, it is enough to scare anyone.

But is that what he truly wishes?

Sweden can hear. He can hear the terrified whispers, as nations speak of how he probably is plotting their various deaths. He can hear the nasty rumors, failed attempts to drive away those he loves most. Sweden is like Russia in a ways. He does not, can not, show his emotions for fear of being taken advantage of. He cares deeply for his loved ones, and would be willing to do anything, even die, for them. And yet the whispers are there, taunting him. Due to being disciplined at such a young age, it is now hard for him to convey, emotionally, how he feels, almost neigh impossible. After world meetings, he slips away, a silent shadow, locking himself in his hotel room, or away in his home. In his solitude, is when his emotional barriers crumble, and he cries. It is then his real self is revealed, the man who only wishes to be looked on without fear. He wants someone to come to him, unafraid, and want to get to know him. Sure, he has his brothers, the Nordic 5, but they can only do so much. Finland was the first to ever truly befriend him, and for that he will be ever grateful. Sweden is just like any other country.

So why can't the other nations realize this?
